Discipline
We operate with long-term capital discipline. Every decision is sized to a multi-year horizon, not a single deliverable.
Conviction
We only engage where we have genuine analytical conviction. We pass on mandates we would not be willing to deliver to the standard we expect.
Integrity
Our word is binding across clients, partners, and counterparties. Written codes reinforce the culture; they do not substitute for it.
