How we work

We run engagements differently from large consulting firms. Every project is led directly by a senior partner — there is no layer of intermediary management between the client and the people doing the work.
Our teams are deliberately small: 2 to 4 senior consultants on most engagements, supported by sector specialists when needed. We move faster, communicate more directly, and stay accountable to outcomes.
